Yeshivah Gedolah Matisyahu, a post-high school Yeshiva in Moshav Matityahu, was
established in 1995 under the leadership of the Rosh HaYeshiva, HaRav Zev Leff, shlita.

The Yeshiva’s goal is to provide its English-speaking students a special environment in which to grow in Torah and יראת שמים by receiving a degree of personal attention made possible in a small Yeshiva located in the warm, close-knit community of Moshav Matityahu (learn about the community at www.matityahu.org).

The boys become very close to the Rabbeim, as well as many of the local families, allowing them to grow at their own individual pace in a loving, supportive atmosphere. While situated in a quiet community, adjacent to the Charedi town of Kiryat Sefer, the Yeshiva’s proximity to Yerushalayim (less than 30 minutes by car or bus) ensures that the students have ample opportunity to enjoy the spiritual and practical aspects of the IrHaKodesh.

Additional Information
There are two boys to a room with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The rooms are a one minute walk from the Beis Medrash and shul. Three tasty, healthy (home made) meals are provided daily. The buchrim also enjoy three annual trips, a brand new basketball court two minutes walk from the Beis Medrash and all
the benefits of the warm, quiet community of Moshav Matityahu.

Dress code: Hats and jackets for davening, light-colored button-down shirts, dress pants and dress shoes.
